Enrollment Process for New & Incoming Students
Follow each step carefully for a smooth enrollment process.

Visit the Student Portal
Open the student portal at
portal.doitcollege.com.

Create an Account
On the portal homepage, click Create an Account to begin the registration process.

Complete the Registration Form
Fill out the form with all required information. After submitting, a confirmation message will appear:
"Registration Successful." Check your email for login credentials.

Check Your Email
Open your email inbox and look for your login credentials.
Tip: If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your
Spam or Junk folder.

Ask for Technical Assistance if Needed
If you still have not received your login credentials, contact any of the following for assistance:

Log In to the Portal
Once you have received your login credentials, log in at
portal.doitcollege.com.

Update Your Profile
After logging in, click My Profile. Then click Edit Profile to complete or update any missing information.

Print Your Profile Form
Click the Print Profile button. Print a copy of your profile form and
bring it with you during enrollment.
Reminder: Make sure all your information is accurate before printing. You may need this form on-site.

Proceed to the Registrar
During the on-site enrollment, present the printed copy of your profile form to the Registrar. If you do not have a printed copy, you may present a screenshot on your cellphone as proof that you have already created an account in the system.

Submit Your Requirements
Submit the hard copies of your available enrollment requirements to the Registrar for verification and processing.

Validation and Enrollment Processing
The Registrar will validate your encoded information in the system together with the requirements you submitted. Once verified, the Registrar will officially enroll you in the system and perform your subject enlistment.

Proceed to Accounting / Cashier
After enrollment and subject enlistment, proceed to the Accounting / Cashier for payment processing and preparation of your Statement of Account.

Return to the Registrar for COR Printing
Once payment is settled, return to the Registrar for the printing of your Certificate of Registration (COR).
